AJ Seattle handled exterior envelope stud framing, interior metal studs and drywall for all concessions, lobbies, luxury suites and back-of-house areas, as well as fireproofing the structural steel at the suite levels and installing direct applied EIFS (acrylic plaster) and stucco at various areas. The project was finished two months ahead of schedule and under budget. |
