One Rincon Hill

One Rincon Hill towers over the San Francisco skyline, rising 200 feet higher than the top of the Bay Bridge.  AJ provided more than 2.7 million square feet of finished gypsum board, 1.3 million linear feet of metal studs in more than 23 miles of new walls to create one of the most sought after luxury condominium addresses on the West Coast. By strict attention to production methods and schedules and extensive use of templates that allowed pre-fabricated framing, AJ was able to turn over a finished floor per week with virtually no punch list issues. At 62 stories, it is the tallest building in San Francisco.
