Ladd                  

Ladd tower is a 465,000-square-foot, 23-story residential high-rise apartment building bordering Portland’s Park Blocks.  Anning-Johnson maintained two concurrent schedules in both the new construction and historic portion of the project. AJ performed the drywall, metal studs, plaster, fireproofing, doors, frames and hardware.
