W Hotel and Residences          

AJ provided design-assist and detailing services for the exterior metal stud framing and supporting lath & plaster at the W Hotel and residences and EIFS at the Legacy apartments.  The work occurred concurrently among the 11-story W Hotel building, the 15-story condominium building and four Apartment towers ranging from 11 to 13 stories with a shared podium level.  Weekly planning/coordination meetings with the architect, Webcor’s project team and the key building contractors enabled this very challenging project to be completed in only 16 months.
