This is part of a $1.5 billion, 10-year master plan for renovating and building modern facilities for the Center for Disease Control. Work on this 727,000-square-foot lab facility required coordination with trades in the project’s early stages to ensure the successful completion of interior finishes around the MEP work required to service the laboratories.
