Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center

AJ performed drywall and finishing for the interior, including a rock climbing wall, an Olympic swimming pool, water park, full gymnasium and a chapel, for the 100,000-square-foot facility in Salem, Oregon.

American Institute of Architects

The American Institute of Architects new sustainable headquarters in Portland was one of AJ’s key projects in 2007.  The project attained the status of LEED Platinum due in part to AJ Portland’s contribution of locally sourced and recycled materials.

Ladd Tower

AJ performed plaster, drywall, doors, frames and hardware for the 465,000-square-foot, 23-story residential high-rise.

The Morrison

A 200-unit apartment building, the Morrison is the centerpiece of the revitalized Burnside District of Portland. AJ performed drywall, fireproofing and plaster.
