The Mandarin

The Mandarin Hotel is part of the $9 billion CityCenter, which is one of the nation’s largest privately funded projects and has achieved LEED silver classification. AJ is the primary contractor for interior framing and drywall for the 44-story tower, which contains 395 hotel rooms and 227 condominiums. AJ provided drywall, EIFS, exterior framing, drywall reveals and shaft walls for the Sinatra Garage at CityCenter. It links to the neighboring Monte Carlo through the pedestrian bridge.

Louis Vuitton

AJ installed 22,000 square feet of ultra-high quality finishes for Louis Vuitton, an anchor tenant at the Crystals Mall at City Center. It’s the largest Louis Vuitton store in North America.
